Meet Scott
and Brendan.

Scott leads technology, platforms and product development at Ascend Intelligence. He works with Australian executives and their teams to put AI into everyday business, combining practical advice and training with systems people can use and manage themselves.

He brings more than 20 years of experience leading engineering, platforms and technology change across complex and regulated organisations. Before founding Ascend, Scott led engineering at The Lottery Corporation and held senior technology roles across Tatts, Tabcorp, Wotif and Expedia.

His background spans cloud and infrastructure, software delivery and automation. Scott is also the founder of ShareDrop, a platform for securely publishing and sharing the documents, reports and interactive work created by AI agents.

Brendan leads marketing, customer experience, CRM and digital strategy at Ascend Intelligence. He works with businesses to put AI to practical use, helping them attract customers, improve retention and reduce the time spent on everyday work.

He brings more than 25 years of experience across Golden Casket, Tatts Group, Tabcorp and The Lottery Corporation, where he most recently served as General Manager Customer Experience & Insights. His background spans digital marketing, loyalty, analytics and customer experience.

Brendan also builds his own products, including The Simple Health Method and Koala Countdown. That hands-on experience informs his advice and the solutions he helps clients develop.
